In August,1986 our founder, Mr. Justin Lin, took his leadership to establish Maxrich Corporation. Maxrich’s core business was as agent for world renowned machine tool manufactures and CAD/CAM/CAE professional design software. The venture was a great success and laid a strong foundation for global expansion. In January 1995, the EUMA Group and its Machine Tool Sales Department were formally established. Technology from SPINNER Germany was introduced to manufacture a range of CNC machine tools including ME Series Moving Column Traverse Type, Vertical Machining Center, EH Series, Horizontal Machining Center, and EV Series MVC Vertical Machining Center.
EUMA-SPINNER (NANJING) CORPORATON was established in China October, 1996. The new company is dedicated to EUMA CNC machine tools and CAD/CAM/CAE systems with its special showroom, complete training, and service facilities.
In order to satisfy customer demands and serve them well, EUMA Group strengthened its production and management efficiency by employing TQM management activities. The company created reached a new business hallmark after achieving ISO international quality standard certification. In 1997, EUMA products met CE safety standards certified by AMTRI VERITAS in England. This was followed by EMC certification in May 1999 and ISO9002 certification by the well known TUV in Germany. Equipped with advanced computers, the EUMA Research and Development Department formed to generate technological innovations and enhance product quality. The entire management team often brainstorms together to search for new ideas, and uses CAD/CAM/CAE design software to create high quality machine tools that compete with their German and Japanese peers. Through thorough discussions with clients we further make necessary design revisions to maximize customer satisfaction.
EUMA-SPINNER adheres to ISO quality standards and strict engineering. All raw materials are fully examined by our Quality Control Department to meet EUMA material standards, and shorten general assembly time for 100% finished product quality. Warm up and real production tests are carried out on assembled products. During the rigid tapping test for example, special attention is put on synchronism and stability for zero defects. Repeated laser and ball bar testing of straightness, inertia, spindle bias, and the calibration system furnish customers with accurate product test reports that ensure their requirements are met
EUMA Group specializes in manufacturing machining centers with streamlined assembly and quality checks. Each step is strictly controlled for zero tolerance defects. The high efficiency EV Series Vertical Machining Center features spindle speeds 8000-20000 rpm with linear guideways. The high rigidity MVC Series Vertical Machining Center is suitable for heavy duty performance with spindle speeds 8000-12000 rpm with square slideway design. The ME Series Column Traverse Vertical Machining Center and EH Series Horizontal Machining Center offer high efficiency and high speed. These two series are excellent for mass production, have spindle speeds 8000-20000 rpm and linear guideway design. We offer Auto Pallet Changers, Single Work Tables and CNC Rotary Tables. These machining centers are excellent choices for FTL full factory arrangement and fully automatic production lines.
In order to bring in advanced German technology and investment, EUMA started a joint venture with Spinner. World class CNC machine tools are engineered, assembled and inspected according to strict German standards. EUMA European Headquarters are established in Munich to streamline sales and services as well as on the job training. EUMA has since seen results with stronger international competitiveness.
EUMA Group has a vast sales network in industrially advanced countries. In the European market, for instance, EUMA sales offices exist in Germany, Italy, Switzerland, France, the UK, Sweden, Holland and Spain. We receive excellent comment from our European agents and customers. In order to establish our brand worldwide, we are building factories and sales centers in Mainland China. The EUMA brand is now well known throughout industrialized China. In other parts of Asia, the EUMA Group also represents Unisys Japan for CAD/CAM/CAE systems, and ARGO Japan for the "CLIKS" CAM system. These systems support high quality mold processing and are extremely popular with plastic mold designers and manufacturers.
