The universal motor spindle is extremely robust and promises long durability. It is suitable for conventional as well as high-speed machining.
The 20Kw built-in motor spindle has a rotational speed of 20,000 RPM, enabling high quality surface finishing. The motor is equipped with grease lubrication of the bearings easy to set up and clean, HSK-A63 tool interface and hydraulic clamping system.

    Advatange:
Suitable for high speed cutting (HSC), shorter machining times higher precision and surface quality with lower cutting forces high continuous power and high torque at low speed. Free spindle expansion design with special rear bearing system. best protection system design ensure longer service life. Grease lubrication is economical. Excellent balance quality. HSK, SK, BT, CAT are available as optional.

A spring stack pulls the drawbar and clamping sleeve into the spindle. The clamping sleeve moves the gripper fingers outwards until it touches the tool and clamps it.

During clamping the force of the spring stack will be tripled by the slopes on the clamping cone. Only severe overload ( the force has to exceed four times the pull force ) can loosen the tool. The tool will only be released after one of the parts breaks.

When the end of the drawbar is actuated by hydraulic or mechanical means, the gripper will open and knock out the tool.

Another tool can now be inserted immediately.
